PropStream Expert for Real Estate Investor Cold-Calling Campaigns ---- We are seeking an experienced PropStream Expert to build and manage targeted property-owner lists for our real estate investor clients’ cold-calling campaigns. You must be able to translate each client’s buy box into precise PropStream searches, efficiently manage exports, and deliver clean, campaign-ready data. Responsibilities - Build targeted PropStream lists based on client acquisition criteria. - Create lists for wholesalers, fix-and-flip investors, landlords, and land investors. - Apply filters such as pre-foreclosure, vacant, absentee owner, tax delinquent, tired landlord, liens, high equity, and failed listings. - Build stacked lists using multiple seller-motivation indicators. - Manage saved searches, exports, list counts, and PropStream data limits. - Remove duplicate, incomplete, and irrelevant records. - Process records through our skip-tracing and litigator/compliance-scrubbing platforms. - Format final lists for our Call Center Team's dialers -Track list sources, filters, exclusions, and final record counts. Requirements - Strong, hands-on PropStream experience. - Experience building motivated-seller lists for real estate investors. - Ability to convert an investor’s buy box into accurate search criteria. - Understanding of list stacking and duplicate management. - Experience with skip tracing and compliance scrubbing. - Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills. - Exceptional accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
