Property Management Associate

The Property Management Associate (PMA) serves as the central operational hub coordinating day-to-day home maintenance, guest turns, and vendor management. This fast-paced role ensures properties remain guest-ready through proactive problem-solving, tight organization, and clear communication across internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance & Turns: Monitor, troubleshoot, and dispatch maintenance requests via Salesforce work orders. Schedule cleans, inspections, and property turns between guest stays. - Vendor & Tech Operations: Schedule technicians and external service providers, coordinate access, review estimates, track project completion, and document invoices. - Communication: Manage rapid-response communication with guests, vendors, and internal teams via Slack, Missive, Dialpad, and email. Escalate complex issues as needed. - Systems Management: Maintain up-to-date property records, work orders, maintenance costs, and inspection photos across Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Dropbox.
