Property Management Bookkeeper Needed (QBO, Buildium & Melio)

I am looking for an experienced property management bookkeeper to help clean up and organize my accounting records using QuickBooks Online (QBO), Buildium, and Melio. This is a fixed-price project with the potential for additional projects if the work is completed successfully. Project Scope The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Reviewing and cleaning up bookkeeping records Reconciling bank and credit card accounts Reviewing Buildium transactions and ensuring they match QBO records Processing and organizing accounts payable workflows through Melio Identifying and correcting bookkeeping discrepancies Preparing accurate financial reports Ensuring owner and property-level accounting records are accurate Providing recommendations for improving accounting workflows Required Experience Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Strong experience with Buildium Experience using Melio for bill payments and vendor management Property management accounting experience Bank and credit card reconciliations Accounts payable and accounts receivable management Financial reporting and bookkeeping cleanup projects Deliverables By the end of the project, I expect: Fully reconciled accounting records Clean and organized books Accurate financial statements Properly categorized transactions Outstanding accounting issues identified and resolved A summary of recommendations for ongoing bookkeeping processes To Apply Please provide: A brief summary of your experience with QBO and Buildium.
