Property Renovation Operations Virtual Assistant

We’re an Australian property investment business managing more than 20 active renovation projects. We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support our Renovation Lead with project coordination, administration and follow-ups. You’ll help keep projects organised, information accurate and outstanding actions moving. This is not an entry-level role. You’ll need to be proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities without constant direction. What you’ll be doing - Keeping renovation tasks and project records updated in ClickUp - Coordinating with tradespeople, contractors and suppliers - Following up on quotes, schedules, updates and outstanding actions - Organising project documents, photos, invoices and key information - Preparing progress summaries and flagging delays or issues - Managing calendars, meetings and action items - Supporting general renovation administration as required Who we’re looking for You may be a strong fit if you: - Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Coordinator or Operations Assistant - Strong organisation, follow-through and attention to detail - Clear written and spoken English - Confidence communicating with contractors and internal team members - Comfortable using ClickUp or similar project management tools - Able to manage several projects and deadlines at once - Proactive, reliable and able to work without being chased Experience in property, construction or renovations is highly regarded but not essential.
