Property Review Analyst

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Property Review Analyst to support a U.S.-based Operations team. This back-office role is responsible for researching, compiling, validating, and organizing property information for residential real estate applications. The analyst will gather data from multiple public and internal sources to create comprehensive property review packages that support underwriting and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the organizational skills necessary to manage multiple files simultaneously. This position does not involve customer interaction or phone responsibilities and works closely with U.S.-based Operations leadership. Reporting Structure Reports To: Operations Leadership Department: Operations Location: Offshore, Remote Schedule: Overnight U.S. hours, with overlap as required by the Operations team Key Responsibilities Review and process approximately 10–15 residential property applications per day. Gather and compile property-related information from internal systems and public sources, including: Internal property data systems Zillow Homes.com Redfin Realtor.com County assessor and recorder websites Google Sheets and other internal tracking tools Create complete, accurate, and organized property review files for each application. Research property ownership history, listing history, pricing trends, days on market, tax information, and other relevant property details. Validate and cross-reference information across multiple sources to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential concerns. Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and submitted in accordance with established service-level expectations. Maintain organized records, files, and tracking documents. Escalate unusual findings, conflicting information, or incomplete records to the U.S.-based Operations team. Consistently meet quality and productivity standards while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Required Qualifications At least two years of experience in an analytical, operations, administrative, or research-oriented role. Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to identify inconsistencies in data. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Gmail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience in U.S. residential real estate, mortgage, title, escrow, underwriting, or property research. Familiarity with real estate listing platforms and county public records. Previous experience supporting U.S.-based organizations in an offshore capacity. Experience working overnight shifts in support of U.S. operations. Critical Success Factors Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Performance Expectations Within the first 90 days, the Property Review Analyst is expected to: Successfully complete onboarding and training. Demonstrate proficiency with all required systems and data sources. Independently complete approximately 10–15 property reviews per day. Maintain an accuracy rate of 98% or higher. Consistently meet established turnaround-time expectations. Become a trusted member of the Operations team who produces complete, accurate, and reliable property review files.
