Property management virtual assistant

* Manage day-to-day property operations and ensure smooth daily activities. * Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and room availability. * Communicate with tenants and respond to questions or concerns promptly. * Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services. * Monitor tenant compliance with property rules and PadSplit requirements. * Send reminders and messages to residents regarding trash, cleanliness, and other property-related matters. * Follow up on outstanding issues until they are resolved. * Be available 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST, to respond to messages and address urgent or time-sensitive concerns. * On a very busy day, the total active workload may be approximately 3–4 hours. On an average day, the work is typically 2 hours, with additional availability needed to respond promptly to messages and concerns as they come in. * The main priority is being reliable, responsive, and proactive in keeping the properties running smoothly. * Someone else reviews the cameras and flags the issues. Review the daily camera-monitoring notes provided by the camera reviewer and follow up on any issues that require attention.
