Prospect List Research — Retreat Organizers & Facilitators Worldwide

Project summary We're building a monthly, ongoing prospect list of retreat organizers, facilitators, coaches, and wellness/yoga instructors based anywhere in the world — for outreach about hosting their next retreat at our venues in Central America. We need someone experienced in prospect research and list building to compile a clean, verified contact list each month using publicly available business directories, professional research tools, and public online sources. Who we're looking for (the prospect profile) People or small businesses who organize, host, or facilitate retreats — yoga, wellness, spiritual, corporate, adventure, or similar — regardless of where they're currently based. We specifically want prospects NOT already based in Central America, since the goal is to reach people who could bring a retreat TO the region. Scope of work Research and compile prospects from legitimate, compliant sources: public retreat directories (BookRetreats, Retreat.guru, Tripaneer, and similar), business databases, professional lead research tools (e.g. Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar compliant platforms), and public business listings. For each qualified prospect, collect: full name, business/brand name, email address, phone number (when available), and public social media links or website. Filter for prospects who show real signs of actively organizing retreats — an active business page, a listing on a retreat directory, or a public professional profile — not just a name found once, anywhere. Verify email addresses are valid/deliverable before including them in the final list. Deduplicate and deliver the list in an organized spreadsheet, on a monthly cadence. Important — compliance requirement All research must be done using methods and tools that comply with the terms of service of whatever source is used. We will not accept lists built by circumventing a platform's terms of service (for example, unauthorized automated scraping of social media profiles). If you use a specific tool or platform to source contacts, it should be one whose own terms permit that kind of data collection. Deliverables A spreadsheet (Google Sheet or Excel) with columns: Name, Business Name, Email, Phone, Social/Website Link, Source, Notes. Deduplicated and email-verified. Delivered monthly. Ideal skills Proven experience in prospect research / list building using compliant tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar) Experience with email verification tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or similar) Understanding of platform terms of service and data privacy basics Bonus: familiarity with the wellness/retreat/yoga travel industry
