## Experienced Vulcan7 Cold Caller – Expired & Cancelled Real Estate Leads BONUS OFFERED ON EVERY HOME WE SELL We are looking for an **experienced real estate cold caller** to contact expired and cancelled homeowners using **Vulcan7**. **PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE CALLING EXPIRED/CANCELLED REAL ESTATE LEADS.** This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands how to speak with homeowners whose properties have come off the market, handle objections, build rapport, and identify opportunities for our real estate team. ### Responsibilities • Use **Vulcan7 daily** to call expired and cancelled listings • Speak directly with homeowners and determine whether they are still interested in selling • Follow our provided scripts while sounding natural and conversational • Handle common expired listing objections confidently • Identify motivated sellers and set qualified appointments for our agents • Take detailed notes and accurately track conversations and follow-ups • Consistently follow up with leads who are not ready to make a decision immediately ### REQUIRED EXPERIENCE You must have previous experience with: • **Vulcan7** • Calling **expired and cancelled real estate listings** • Real estate cold calling and prospecting • Objection handling • Appointment setting • Following up with homeowners over multiple calls **If you have never used Vulcan7 or have never called expired/cancelled real estate leads, please do not apply. We are specifically looking for someone who can step into this position with minimal training.** ### Voice & Communication Requirements This position involves speaking directly with homeowners in our local U.S. market, so **excellent spoken English is required**. You must have a **clear, natural American-English speaking style** and be able to sound conversational and local on the phone. Strong pronunciation, pacing, confidence, and the ability to build rapport are extremely important. Applicants should be comfortable providing a **short voice recording or sample cold call** before being hired. ### What We're Looking For We want someone who is confident, persistent, professional, and comfortable making a high volume of calls. You should understand that expired leads often require multiple conversations and follow-ups before an appointment is set.
