We welcome applications from suitably qualified: * Psychiatrists * Clinical Psychologists * Counselling Psychologists * Psychotherapists This is a non-patient-facing advisory and platform-development opportunity. Members of the network may be invited to support the development of the platform’s clinical model, digital pathways, safeguarding standards, content and user experience. No direct clinical services will be provided to patients as part of this engagement. Further information about the company, brand and product will be shared with shortlisted professionals, subject to appropriate confidentiality arrangements. The Opportunity Clinical Development Professionals will work alongside the company’s leadership, product designers, researchers and technology team to support the development of a safe, credible and clinically informed digital mental health platform. Depending on their experience and the needs of the project, network members may contribute to: * The overall clinical model and service proposition * Psychologically informed user journeys * Clinical triage and routing pathways * Therapy-matching logic * Mental health screening and wellbeing questionnaires * ADHD and autism pathways * Inclusion, exclusion and escalation criteria * Safeguarding and clinical-risk frameworks * Suicide, self-harm and crisis-response pathways * Risk-detection and deterioration-monitoring processes * Clinical decision-support tools * The review of AI-generated outputs for safety and appropriateness * Defining the appropriate limitations and boundaries of artificial intelligence * Reviewing educational and wellbeing content for clinical accuracy * Evidence-based psychological approaches * Practitioner and clinician dashboard requirements * Clinical report templates and documentation standards * Clinical policies, protocols and standard operating procedures * Consent, confidentiality and ethical considerations * Clinical governance and quality-assurance planning * Research, testing and service evaluation * Product workshops and multidisciplinary development meetings The precise scope of each engagement will be agreed according to the professional’s qualifications, specialist knowledge, experience and availability. Non-Patient-Facing Role This opportunity does not involve: * Providing therapy to platform users * Conducting patient consultations * Diagnosing individual users * Prescribing or managing medication * Maintaining a clinical caseload * Providing emergency or crisis intervention * Assuming clinical responsibility for individual patients Any future patient-facing services would be established separately and governed by appropriate clinical, contractual and regulatory arrangements. Engagement Structure Professionals may be engaged on a: * Consultancy basis * Advisory basis * Project basis * Fixed-term development basis * Clinical governance basis * Research or evaluation basis Work will primarily be completed remotely through: * Product-development meetings * Clinical workshops * Document and pathway reviews * Written recommendations * Prototype and user-journey reviews * Research and evidence reviews Professional fees will be agreed individually based on experience, responsibilities, time commitment and the scope of each assignment.
