Punjabi audio → transcript + English translation: proofread & correct (Track Changes)

Overview We have a ~12-minute Punjabi audio recording that has been auto-transcribed (speech‑to‑text) and machine‑translated to English. We need a native Punjabi speaker with strong written English to listen to the full audio and correct both the Punjabi verbatim transcript and the English translation so they accurately match what is actually said. The material is supplied as a single Microsoft Word table with four columns: Timestamp Speaker Transcript (Punjabi, verbatim) English translation There are 114 segments across two speakers (Speaker 1 / Speaker 2), each time‑stamped. About 40 lines are already flagged with comments where the automatic transcript is unclear — but these are only a starting point. What we need you to do Listen to the entire audio, start to finish — not only the flagged lines. The automatic transcript has errors throughout (wrong words, missed speech, mis‑heard numbers/names). Correct the Punjabi column to a faithful verbatim transcript (what is actually said, including fillers/false starts — do not clean it up or paraphrase). Correct/redo the English column so it is an accurate, natural translation of the corrected Punjabi. Make ALL edits using Word "Track Changes" in both the Punjabi and English columns, so we can see exactly what was changed. Do not accept the changes — leave them tracked. Resolve or reply to the existing comments, and add a comment anywhere the audio itself is genuinely inaudible (mark those [inaudible]). Fix speaker attribution if any line is assigned to the wrong speaker. Where a number, name, or amount is spoken, transcribe it correctly (the auto‑transcript mangled several, e.g. shows "₹0.00"). Deliverable The same Word (.docx) file returned with all edits tracked (Track Changes ON) in both the Punjabi and English columns, comments addressed, inaudible spots marked. No separate document needed. Requirements Native/fluent Punjabi (Gurmukhi script) with excellent listening comprehension of colloquial/spoken Punjabi. Strong written English for an accurate, readable translation. Comfortable with Microsoft Word Track Changes and Comments (please confirm).
