We're looking for a mentor to help me understand and build an LLM from scratch using PyTorch. Topics include tensors, backpropagation, tokenization, attention, transformers, training and open-weight models. We may use resources such as Karpathy’s Zero to Hero where helpful. You should explain concepts simply, review our code and help us build independently.
