Python Automation Operator / Technical Virtual Assistant (Selenium Experience Required)

Job Title: Technical Virtual Assistant / Automation Operator (Python + Selenium + Appointment Setting) I am looking for a reliable technical operator to help run and manage my existing Python automation systems while assisting with prospect follow-up and appointment setting. This is NOT a software developer role. You will not be expected to build applications from scratch. Your role is to operate existing systems, make sure everything runs smoothly, troubleshoot basic issues, track performance, and help turn conversations into booked meetings. Main Responsibilities: * Run Python automation scripts daily and confirm systems are working correctly * Monitor outreach workflows and ensure daily KPIs are being achieved * Track conversations, activity, results, errors, and improvements * Review prospect conversations and help move people toward booked meetings * Add qualified prospects that match my ICP into existing systems * Launch approved outreach/follow-up workflows * Identify when automation breaks and investigate issues * Read Python errors/logs and troubleshoot basic problems * Use AI coding tools and documentation to solve simple technical issues * Clearly communicate problems, solutions, and ideas for improvement Technical Skills Required: * Basic/intermediate Python knowledge * Experience with Selenium browser automation * Ability to understand and run code written by someone else * Comfortable troubleshooting errors * Experience working with CSV files/data * Comfortable using AI tools to help debug code Sales / Communication Skills Preferred: The long-term goal of this role is not just running code — it is helping create booked appointments. The automation will provide message suggestions and workflows, but human judgment will sometimes be needed. Hours are expected to increase as more automation systems are launched and the role expands.
