Python Developer - Multi-Agent AI Bot Developer

We are looking for a Python developer to help us finalize a multi-agent AI chatbot built for Telegram. The project is in its final phase, and we're looking for someone who can quickly get familiar with the existing codebase, troubleshoot issues, improve chatbot workflows, and help prepare the bot for a public release. This is a great opportunity for a motivated junior or mid-level developer who wants to work on a real AI product and potentially grow into a long-term position with our team. Requirements: * Strong experience with Python * Experience using FastAPI or a similar backend framework * General knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and agentic architectures * Comfortable working with multi-agent chatbot systems and AI workflows * Able to understand an existing codebase and continue active development * Docker and Linux experience is a strong advantage * Experience with the Telegram Bot API is a strong advantage * Strong written English communication skills * Able to debug, test, and deliver improvements efficiently * Must be available to work 8 hours per day Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, Telegram Bot API, LLM APIs, agentic workflows, Docker, Linux, PostgreSQL/Supabase. Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and React is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: * Help complete the final stage of development for the Telegram AI chatbot * Debug and enhance existing chatbot workflows *Work on LLM routing, agent behavior, and conversation management * Assist with preparing the bot for public launch * Continue with maintenance, enhancements, and future AI projects if the collaboration is successful Compensation: Starting rate is $12–$20/hr depending on experience and skill level. We welcome both junior and mid-level developers. The most important qualities are strong Python skills, reliability, speed, communication, and a willingness to learn. After a successful public launch, there is potential for a significant rate increase and long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
