## Full-Stack Django + AI Media Automation Developer — Complete 60-Language Platform ### Project Summary We are hiring an experienced Full-Stack Python/Django developer to build and deploy a complete, production-ready AI multilingual media platform for adults, children and families. This is not a prototype, WordPress site, landing page, UI-only dashboard or collection of disconnected scripts. The final product must be one maintainable Django application containing: * A public multilingual website. * A private, non-technical Owner dashboard. * AI-assisted content discovery and production. * Verified Islamic source management. * Adult cinematic explainer-video production. * Children’s animation and story production. * Sixty-language localization, narration and subtitles. * E-books, audiobooks, printable stories and Read-Along files. * YouTube, TikTok and Instagram publishing/export. * Analytics, cost controls, monitoring and backups. The Owner must operate the system through five principal actions: Create, Review, Approve, Publish and Retry. ### Content and Channels The launch architecture includes six accounts: 1. Global adult YouTube channel. 2. Global children’s YouTube channel configured as Made for Kids. 3. Adult Instagram account. 4. Family/parents Instagram account. 5. Adult TikTok account. 6. Family/parents TikTok account. Adult content will answer universal questions such as happiness, sadness, purpose, productivity, grief, family, addiction, death and meaning, followed by a respectful Islamic perspective, verified evidence and practical action. Adult videos must be real 45–60 second cinematic explainers or micro-films—not slideshows displaying verses with narration. Children’s content will use original recurring animated characters for ages 5–8 and 9–12. Stories will teach honesty, mercy, self-control, family respect, friendship, protection from bullying, drugs, alcohol, smoking, crime, violence and unsafe online behaviour. ### Islamic Source System Islamic content must follow the approved Sunni methodology and use locked, traceable source text. The primary source ecosystem is IslamHouse and its official services, including QuranEnc, HadeethEnc, IslamContent/Byenah, Tafsir Al-Saadi, Islamic terminology, children’s education and new-Muslim materials. IslamLand must be registered as a major multilingual source candidate, but automated import is permitted only through an authorized export, API, written permission or partner feed. No unofficial scraping, copied website databases or AI-generated Qur’an or hadith translations are permitted. Every religious claim must link to approved evidence. ### Required Technology The expected core stack includes: * Python and Django. * PostgreSQL and pgvector. * Background worker and job queue. * FFmpeg/FFprobe. * Blender/Python automation for reusable children’s animation. * Object storage such as Cloudflare R2. * Docker deployment. * Role-based access, audit logs, backups and monitoring. Required integrations include Gemini, Veo or replaceable cinematic-video providers, Google Cloud TTS, Azure Speech fallback, DataForSEO, IslamHouse ecosystem APIs, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram/Meta, Google Places, scientific-reference services, licensed-media providers and notification/analytics services. All providers, model IDs, quotas and credentials must be configuration-driven. Every connector requires timeout, retry, idempotency, rate-limit, cost and error handling. ### Day-30 Launch Deliverables The completed system must generate and deliver: * 12 original adult master videos. * Two original children’s episodes. * Four children’s Shorts. * Two illustrated children’s storybooks. * Audio stories, Read-Along files and parent pages. * Complete approved 60-language packages. * Public website and Owner dashboard. * Working or sandbox-tested social connectors. * Analytics, Cost Ledger and $400 monthly Hard Cap. * Complete source code, Docker files, database, tests, documentation and training. ### Contract Terms * Contract type: fixed price. * Target price: USD 2,500. * Maximum accepted proposal: USD 3,000. * Public launch: 30 calendar days. * Final acceptance: after seven consecutive monitored days. * Defect warranty: 60 calendar days. * All code, workflows, prompts, original characters and project assets become Client property. * Client-owned GitHub and service accounts must be used from Day 1. * One disclosed specialist is allowed within the same fixed price. * Undisclosed subcontracting is prohibited. Generic AI-written applications, WordPress/no-code substitutes, unauthorized scraping, copied characters, hidden subscriptions and proposals above USD 3,000 will be rejected. ### Mandatory Attachment The attached **“Production-Ready AI Multilingual Media Platform — Detailed Technical SOW, Version 1.1”** forms an integral part of this job post and contract. Applicants must read it completely before bidding. The attachment defines the full software components, 20 external interfaces, Islamic-source acquisition matrix, workflows, production requirements, deliverables, milestones and acceptance tests. The proposal price must cover every required or included item in the attachment. Any exclusion must be clearly disclosed in the original proposal; otherwise, the complete attached scope is considered accepted and included.
