We are not looking for someone to manually collect profiles into a spreadsheet. We are looking for someone to build a repeatable, automated job we will run every week at 2,500+ records. Manual/VA proposals will not be reviewed. About us We operate a UGC creator marketplace serving brands in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We need an ongoing supply of creator prospect data with verified contact emails. This $250 project is a paid trial. The successful contractor gets continuous weekly work at 2,500+ records/week. The test task Deliver 500 enriched records matching these parameters: Platform: IG and/or TikTok Niche: fitness / health Location or language signal: Germany, Austria or Switzerland; German-language content Follower range: 500–50,000 Must show signs of being a content creator open to brand work (product content, brand tags, business contact listed, UGC in name or bio, etc.) Email discovery must use a waterfall, not just the bio field: Business email / bio text on the profile Link-in-bio destinations (Linktree, Beacons, Stan, personal sites) and their contact or Impressum pages Search-based lookup: creator's real name + country → personal website or portfolio → contact page (German websites are legally required to publish an Impressum with contact details, which makes this step unusually productive in our market) Cross-platform matching (same handle on YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest) Required output columns platform | profile_url | handle | display_name | follower_count | engagement_rate | bio_text | detected_language | country_signal | external_links | email | email_source (which waterfall step found it) | scraped_at Deliver as CSV or Google Sheet. Quality bar — we check all three Email coverage: we expect 25–40% of profiles to yield an email. Do not promise 90%+; that means guessed or purchased data, and we will detect it. Bounce rate: under 3%. Verify every email (syntax + MX + SMTP) before delivery. Accuracy: we will manually check 25 random records and confirm the email genuinely belongs to that creator. Pattern-guessed emails (firstname@domain) are an automatic fail. No purchased, resold or pre-existing databases. Freshly collected data only. What we're evaluating Not just the file. We want to see whether you can hand us a process — how you'd trigger this weekly, how you'd deduplicate against a suppression list we provide, and what your cost per 1,000 records looks like at volume including proxies. Requirements Demonstrable prior Instagram and TikTok scraping at volume — describe the actual projects, not generic "web scraping experience" Residential/mobile proxy rotation, session management, anti-bot handling on these platforms specifically Python (Scrapy / Playwright / Selenium) or equivalent Email verification tooling integrated into your pipeline Runs on your own infrastructure; proxy costs quoted separately and transparently Nice to have: German reading ability; experience in the influencer/creator data space; Apify or Bright Data experience.
