Python Trading Automation Developer with TradingView Webhooks & Broker API Integration Experience

We are looking for an experienced Python developer to build and maintain automated trading systems that receive TradingView alerts through webhooks and execute trades through broker or trading platform APIs. The main focus of this role is converting TradingView/Pine Script signals into reliable, real-time automated trade execution using Python. The developer should have strong experience with Python backend development, webhook processing, trading APIs, order management, and deployment of always-on trading services. ### Main Responsibilities Develop Python applications that receive TradingView webhook alerts. Parse and validate TradingView JSON alert payloads for Long, Short, Exit, Stop Loss, Take Profit, and other trading instructions. Connect Python automation systems with broker APIs such as Interactive Brokers (IBKR), Alpaca, MetaTrader 5, Tradovate, or other trading platforms. Execute market, limit, stop, stop-limit, take-profit, and bracket orders. Implement position management including entries, exits, stop loss, take profit, trailing stops, partial exits, and position sizing. Prevent duplicate orders and handle webhook retries or delayed alerts safely. Track current positions and synchronize the Python system with the broker account. Implement risk management rules such as maximum position size, daily loss limits, maximum trades, and trading-session restrictions. Build detailed trade logging, error handling, monitoring, and notifications. Deploy the trading automation service to AWS, Azure, GCP, VPS, or another cloud server for reliable 24/7 operation. Assist with TradingView Pine Script alerts and webhook JSON formatting when necessary. ### Required Skills Strong Python development experience. Experience building automated trading systems or trading bots. TradingView webhook integration experience. REST API and WebSocket integration experience. Experience with broker APIs such as IBKR, Alpaca, MetaTrader 5, Tradovate, or similar platforms. Good understanding of trading concepts including Long/Short positions, Stop Loss, Take Profit, Limit Orders, Market Orders, risk management, and position sizing. Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python backend frameworks. Experience deploying Python applications to cloud servers or VPS environments. Strong debugging and API troubleshooting skills. ### Preferred Experience Pine Script / TradingView strategy development. MetaTrader 5 / MQL5 integration. Interactive Brokers API. Alpaca API. Options, futures, forex, or stock trading automation. PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or other databases. Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Real-time WebSocket market data. Trade dashboards, analytics, backtesting, and performance reporting. ### Example Workflow TradingView Strategy or Indicator → TradingView Alert → Webhook JSON → Python/FastAPI Server → Signal Validation & Risk Management → Broker API → Automatic Order Execution → Position Monitoring & Trade Logging We are looking for someone who understands both Python engineering and real-world trading automation, not simply a general Python developer.
