About the role We are a legal marketing agency focused on case acquisition for plaintiff law firms. We move fast, hold high standards, and care deeply about the quality of everything that goes out the door. We're looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Specialist to own quality across copy, design, and process, spanning multiple client accounts. This is a cross-functional role that sits at the center of our delivery chain. What you'll do Copy and content QA Review copy across landing pages, ads, and client deliverables for accuracy, tone, grammar, and brand alignment Check that content meets client-specific guidelines and compliance standards Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or off-brief copy before delivery Maintain and apply copy QA checklists across accounts Design QA Review design assets against approved briefs, brand guidelines, and client spec sheets Identify visual inconsistencies including spacing, typography, color, and alignment issues Coordinate revision feedback clearly between copy, design, and project teams Verify final design files match approved copy and are delivery-ready Process and ops QA Audit internal workflows to ensure tasks are being completed to standard and on schedule Identify gaps in SOPs and flag process breakdowns to operations leadership Support the documentation and upkeep of QA checklists, templates, and quality standards Escalate recurring quality issues with clear context and recommended next steps Contribute to a culture of consistent quality across all team outputs What we're looking for 3+ years in a QA, editorial, project coordination, or operations role, ideally in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment Strong eye for detail across both written content and visual design Ability to review work against a brief and communicate feedback clearly and constructively Comfortable managing multiple deliverables across different accounts simultaneously Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Monday.com, or similar) Organized, proactive, and highly accountable with minimal oversight Experience with legal or regulated content is a plus but not required What success looks like Deliverables go out error-free, on brief, and on time Quality issues are caught before they reach the client Feedback is specific, actionable, and easy for the team to act on Process gaps are surfaced early with context and solutions, not just problems About Us We are a legal marketing agency specializing in case acquisition for plaintiff law firms.
