Quality Assurance Manager — Digital Marketing Agency (Remote, Part-Time/Full-Time)

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager — Digital Marketing Agency (Remote, Part-Time/Full-Time) Job Type: Remote About Us Get Found is a UK-based full-service digital marketing agency. We deliver SEO, GEO/AEO (AI search optimisation), paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), Google Business Profile/local SEO, and web design/build for clients across a wide range of industries. As we scale, we need someone dedicated to making sure every piece of work that goes out the door — audits, campaigns, websites, reports, proposals — meets a consistently high bar before it reaches a client. The Role We're hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to be the final checkpoint on our team's output. You won't be producing the deliverables yourself — you'll be reviewing what our specialists produce (SEO/ads specialists, designers, developers, copywriters) and catching errors, inconsistencies, and quality gaps before clients see them. Alongside QA, this role carries real administrative weight: keeping deliverables tracked, deadlines visible, and our internal process organised. We need someone who is naturally meticulous, process-driven, and comfortable holding other team members accountable to a standard. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance Review completed work across SEO audits/reports, ad campaign setups (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), website builds, and written client deliverables (proposals, reports, content) before they're sent to clients Check for factual accuracy, correct branding/tone, broken links, formatting consistency, and completeness against the brief Verify technical deliverables (schema markup, tracking/pixel setups, campaign structures) are correctly implemented, not just visually correct Maintain and evolve QA checklists per deliverable type so review is consistent and repeatable, not ad hoc Flag issues back to the responsible team member with clear, specific feedback and confirm fixes before sign-off Spot-check live client accounts/sites periodically to catch drift after delivery Admin & Operations Track all work-in-progress against deadlines across the team and flag anything at risk of slipping Maintain a clear log of what's been reviewed, what's pending, and what's been sent to clients Keep internal documentation (templates, checklists, SOPs) current and organised Coordinate with the MD and team leads on scheduling, priorities, and handoffs Manage light reporting — weekly summaries of QA status, recurring issues, and bottlenecks Requirements Proven experience in a QA, editorial, or operations role — ideally within a digital marketing, SEO, or ad agency setting (or strong adjacent experience you can point to) Sharp eye for detail — you catch the small things others miss Comfortable reviewing technical marketing deliverables (understands what a Google Ads campaign, an SEO audit, or a schema markup implementation should look like — or can learn fast) Excellent written English and communication skills Highly organised — you can juggle multiple deliverables and deadlines without dropping anything Confident giving direct, constructive feedback to team members Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar) Nice to Have Background in SEO, PPC, or web development (enough to sanity-check technical work) Experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, or similar platforms Familiarity with Google/Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok ads platforms Previous experience in an agency environment specifically (not just in-house) How to Apply Please include: A short note on your QA/admin experience — ideally in a marketing or agency context An example of a time you caught a significant error or quality issue before it reached a client Your availability (hours/week) and timezone
