Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

We’re seeking a meticulous QA Specialist to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our web applications. You will be responsible for thoroughly testing new features, identifying bugs, documenting issues in ClickUp, and verifying fixes before release. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with web testing, a solid understanding of frontend and backend workflows (PHP, Next.js, AWS), and a sharp eye for detail.

• Execute manual and regression testing for all new builds and features.
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs or inconsistencies using ClickUp.
• Re-test resolved tickets and verify that fixes meet acceptance criteria.
• Perform smoke testing before releases and confirm production readiness.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and testing documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Monitor and validate API responses, UI behaviors, and integration points.
• Participate in sprint QA cycles to ensure all stories meet quality standards.
• Test across browsers, devices, and environments (staging vs. production).
• Support post-release validation and continuous quality improvements.
