Quality Manager
Worldwide
At our company, we provide top-tier commercial cleaning services. We leverage modern technology to manage our operations efficiently and transparently. We are seeking a tech-savvy, highly organized Remote Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance systems, track field performance, and ensure our on-site teams are delivering flawless results. Job Summary As our Remote Quality Manager, you are the central hub for our company’s quality control. While our cleaners are on the ground, you will be managing the digital systems that hold them accountable. Using inspection software, photo/video verifications, and client feedback data, you will spot trends, flag deficiencies, coordinate re-cleans, and virtually coach our teams to maintain our high standards. Key Responsibilities Digital Quality Audits: Review daily photo/video submissions, digital checklists, and GPS time-logs from field auditors to verify completion and quality of work. Feedback Loop Management: Monitor incoming client feedback, reviews, or complaints. Immediately log deficiencies and dispatch alerts to field supervisors for corrections. Performance Analytics: Track and analyze weekly quality scores across different accounts to identify underperforming teams or recurring issues. Virtual Coaching & Onboarding: Conduct video calls to onboard new cleaners on our quality standards, and host virtual "retraining" sessions for teams needing improvement. Software Administration: Manage and maintain our janitorial inspection/operations software (e.g., [Swept, Janitorial Manager, OrangeQC, etc.]), ensuring checklists are updated for every account's specific Scope of Work (SOW). What We Are Looking For Experience: 2+ years in quality assurance, operations, or project management. Experience in the commercial cleaning, hospitality, or facilities industry is a massive plus, but not required if you have strong data/systems management skills. Tech-Fluency: You love software. You are highly proficient with mobile apps, project management tools (Slack, ClickUp, Asana), and spreadsheets. The "Virtual Eye": An eagle eye for detail, able to spot a missed trash can or a streaky mirror even through a smartphone photo or video walkthrough. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You must be able to deliver constructive criticism to field staff via text, app notifications, or video chat in a way that motivates rather than discourages. Self-Motivated: Since you are working from home, you must be a disciplined self-starter who thrives on hitting daily targets without a manager looking over your shoulder. Technical Requirements High-speed, reliable internet connection. A quiet, professional workspace suitable for video calls. A modern computer/laptop capable of running multiple web-based applications smoothly.
