QuickBooks Bookkeeper Needed — 2025/2026 P&L Cleanup for 2 Small Businesses.

PROJECT OVERVIEW: I recently set up QuickBooks Online for two small businesses and need an experienced bookkeeper to get both accounts organized and produce clear financial reporting. This is a focused, deliverable-driven project with a hard deadline. There are less than 800 transactions between both accounts with much of the filing being completed already. WHAT I NEED: Transaction categorization — Review, categorize, and reconcile all outstanding transactions in QuickBooks for both businesses (bank feeds, credit cards, etc.) 2025 Profit & Loss Statement — Fully organized and accurate P&L for the 2025 fiscal year, for each business 2026 Profit & Loss (Year-to-Date) — Clean, up-to-date P&L reflecting all transactions through the current date, for each business 12-Month Projected Cash Flow — A forward-looking cash flow projection starting November 2026 through October 2027, based on historical trends and current financials DELIVERABLES Two sets of clean, categorized QuickBooks accounts (transactions filed and reconciled) 2025 P&L statement (both businesses) 2026 YTD P&L statement (both businesses) 12-month cash flow projection starting Nov 2026 (both businesses) Reports provided in QuickBooks and exportable as PDF/Excel TIMELINE This project must be fully completed no later than Monday, August 17, 2026 at 4:00 PM (please specify your time zone when applying).
