Summary

We need a bookkeeper to clean up and organize our QuickBooks records, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and maintain accurate monthly books. The work includes reviewing existing entries, correcting inconsistencies, ensuring transactions are properly categorized, and preparing a clear monthly financial summary. This is a part-time project for 1 to 3 months, with the goal of improving record accuracy and making our books easier to manage going forward.
