Summary

We are looking for a QuickBooks expert to clean up and reconcile financial records for our church organization. Tasks include reconciling all bank and credit card accounts, categorizing tithes, offerings, and donation income correctly, fixing duplicate and miscategorized transactions, organizing ministry and program expense tracking, reconciling payroll entries for staff, cleaning up vendor and donor lists, and preparing clean financial statements for church leadership and board review. Must understand nonprofit and church accounting principles and fund-based reporting.
