QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Setup and Process Configuration Specialist

Fully remote. North American client with Eastern and Mountain time zone coverage required. Overview Stand up a net new QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (Silver) company file with fresh build and no data migration. Build out chart of accounts from scratch, configure process flows and approval routing, set up finance and accounting plus inventory tracking. Teach and hand off to a 5-person finance team with no prior QuickBooks experience across 3 concurrent licenses in approver and day-to-day roles. Provide best practices guidance on system operation. Transition to as-needed retainer support through year end for issues that arise. Responsibilities • Stand up a net new company file in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (Silver) from scratch with no data migration,• Build out chart of accounts from scratch,• Configure process flows and approval routing,• Set up finance and accounting plus inventory tracking,• Train a 5-person FTI finance team who have not used QuickBooks before across 3 concurrent licenses in approver and day-to-day FNA roles,• Document processes and provide best practices guidance on running the system,• Hand off system to internal team with full enablement,• Provide as-needed retainer support through year end for issues that arise Must-Have Requirements • US Citizen (hard requirement),• Hands-on QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise experience, specifically in company file setup, chart of accounts design, approval workflow configuration, and inventory setup,• Ability to train non-technical finance users and document processes,• Bookkeeping or accounting background Nice-to-Have Requirements • QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification,• Accounting credentials
