QuickBooks Online Credit Card Transactions Cleanup & Monthly Bookkeeping

I'm a small business owner who has fallen behind in QuickBooks Online and need a bookkeeper to catch me up and then keep me current each month. My business credit card transactions have been importing through the bank feed for months without anyone categorizing them properly — personal and business charges are mixed together, vendor names are inconsistent, and a lot of expenses were dumped into "Uncategorized Expense" or "Ask My Accountant." Nothing has been reconciled since earlier this year, so I don't trust my Profit & Loss at all. I need you to work through the backlog of credit card and bank transactions, split out personal charges, clean up and merge duplicate vendors, rebuild my chart of accounts where it's messy, reconcile every month back to my statements, and then deliver clean monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports. Once the cleanup is done, I'd like to continue with you on an ongoing monthly basis. Skills required: QuickBooks Online (advanced), credit card and bank reconciliation, transaction categorization, chart of accounts setup, vendor cleanup and merging, accrual and cash basis reporting, and US small business bookkeeping — QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred. You should be detail-oriented, able to flag questionable transactions instead of guessing, and available for a short weekly check-in.
