QuickBooks Online Credit Card Transactions Cleanup & Monthly Bookkeeping

I'm a small business owner who has fallen behind in QuickBooks Online and need a bookkeeper to catch me up and then keep me current every month. My business credit card transactions have been importing through the bank feed for months without proper categorization — personal and business charges are mixed together, vendor names are inconsistent and duplicated, and a large amount of spending has been dumped into "Uncategorized Expense" and "Ask My Accountant." Nothing has been reconciled since earlier this year, so I don't trust my Profit & Loss at all and my tax preparer needs clean numbers soon. I need you to work through the full backlog of credit card and bank transactions, split out personal charges to Owner's Draw, clean up and merge duplicate vendors, tidy the chart of accounts where it's messy, build bank rules so recurring vendors categorize themselves going forward, reconcile every month back to my statements, and deliver clean monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports. Anything you can't identify should come back to me as a question rather than being guessed at.
