QuickBooks Online Expert Needed for FreshBooks Migration, Book Cleanup, and Invoice Design

We are a growing pay-per-call marketing company looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper or accountant to help us transition from FreshBooks to QuickBooks Online. Our current books need to be reviewed, cleaned up, properly categorized, and organized before we continue growing. We also want QuickBooks configured correctly for our specific business model. **Scope of Work** • Review our current FreshBooks account and financial records • Migrate customers, invoices, payments, expenses, vendors, and appropriate historical data into QuickBooks Online • Clean up and properly categorize existing transactions • Reconcile all business bank and credit card accounts through an agreed-upon date • Create a clean and logical chart of accounts • Set up tracking for revenue from buyers and expenses paid to publishers, call centers, contractors, and advertising platforms • Properly account for refunds, chargebacks, rejected leads, and adjustments • Design professional, customized invoice templates • Configure payment terms, recurring invoices, reminders, and payment options • Connect applicable bank accounts and credit cards • Verify that balances and reports match after migration • Provide basic training so our team knows how to use the new system • Recommend an ongoing monthly bookkeeping process **Ideal Candidate** • QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification preferred • Proven experience migrating businesses from FreshBooks to QuickBooks Online • Strong experience with cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping • Experience working with marketing agencies, lead-generation companies, call centers, or performance-based businesses is a major advantage • Strong understanding of accounts receivable, contractor payments, chargebacks, and revenue tracking • Able to explain accounting clearly to a business owner without using unnecessary technical language • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with disorganized books • Based in the United States or highly familiar with United States bookkeeping and accounting practices **Required When Applying** Please answer the following questions: 1.
