QuickBooks Online Expert Needed for Vacation Rental & Real Estate Bookkeeping

We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to support our growing Vacation Rental and Property Management business. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Airbnb, Short-Term Rentals (STR), Long-Term Rentals (LTR), and real estate accounting. This is an ongoing opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to keep our financial records accurate and up to date. Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Record and categorize income and expenses Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Track rental income, owner distributions, and security deposits Reconcile Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other booking platform payouts Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports Identify and correct bookkeeping discrepancies Perform cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping when needed Maintain accurate records for CPA and tax preparation Requirements Proven experience with QuickBooks Online Experience working with Vacation Rentals, Airbnb, STR, LTR, or Property Management businesses Strong knowledge of bank and credit card reconciliations Experience with AP/AR management Excellent understanding of financial reporting High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Ability to meet deadlines consistently Preferred Qualifications Experience with multiple properties or real estate portfolios Knowledge of Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Guesty, Hostaway, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar property management software Experience with cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping projects To Apply Please include: A brief overview of your relevant experience.
