Summary

I need a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor to rebuild the books for a single-member LLC taxed as an S-corp. The task involves setting up a fresh QBO file with a clean chart of accounts, reconstructing the 12/31/2024 opening balance sheet from source documents, and reconciling 2025 transactions. Responsibilities include entering opening balances, confirming the balance sheet, importing and categorizing 2025 transactions, and reconciling all bank/credit card accounts month-by-month. The goal is to keep book depreciation and loan principal/interest consistent with the tax return.
