QuickBooks Online Setup & Cleanup – One-Time Project

I recently acquired a small service-based marketing company and am looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor/bookkeeper to properly set up and clean up our QuickBooks account. Our bank accounts and business credit cards are already connected to QuickBooks. The business has approximately 30–50 incoming client payments per month and roughly 100 expense transactions per month. There is no inventory. What I'm looking for: Review and properly structure our Chart of Accounts Review and categorize existing transactions Make sure bank and credit-card accounts are properly connected and reconciled Set up bank rules/automation for recurring transactions and vendors Make sure client revenue is being categorized properly Review how payroll and other recurring expenses are being recorded Bring the books completely current and reconciled Verify that the P&L and Balance Sheet are accurate Recommend any improvements to our QuickBooks setup Provide a training/walkthrough session with me and my CEO so we can handle the routine monthly bookkeeping ourselves going forward This is primarily a one-time setup/cleanup and training project, not an ongoing monthly bookkeeping engagement. However, I would potentially be interested in having the same person perform a quarterly review of our books after the initial project. I'd prefer someone who is QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certified and has experience setting up and cleaning up books for small service-based businesses.
