Quickbooks Online inventory reconciliation

Summary

Hello. We closed down our warehouse so we have no more inventory. However, my quickbooks online balance sheet is still showing that we have a $ amount of inventory remaining, even though all quantities are at zero now. How can I make these all show zero dollars since we don't have any more inventory. Some are off by a few cents. Some are off by up to $22612.70.
