RAG AI Chatbot for Coral Club Consultant

I’m a Coral Club independent consultant in Canada seeking a chatbot to help clients find products and answer questions without manual replies. The chatbot should use Coral Club product data, including products, descriptions, ingredients, benefits, and usage recommendations, and be embedded on my website as a chat widget. It should also connect to WhatsApp Business API so clients can ask questions directly in the app. The agent should answer product questions, suggest products based on health goals, provide ingredient and usage info, and direct clients to purchase through my consultant link. Please recommend a tech stack, preferably Claude API or OpenAI with a vector database for RAG. Deliverables include a working knowledge base, website chat widget, WhatsApp bot, and documentation for updating product data.
