**CCTV & Retail Restaurant Monitoring Specialist (U.S. QSR Experience Required)** We are looking for a reliable **CCTV & Retail Monitoring Specialist** to remotely monitor multiple U.S. quick-service restaurant (QSR) locations. This is **not** a security guard position. We are looking for someone with experience monitoring restaurant operations who can identify operational issues, policy violations, and opportunities to improve execution. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage from multiple restaurant locations. * Identify operational issues such as: * Long ticket times * Drive-thru bottlenecks * Employees off station or not following procedures * Food safety and cleanliness concerns * Cash handling and policy violations * Customer service issues * Opening/closing compliance * Prepare concise reports with timestamps, screenshots, and actionable recommendations. * Escalate urgent issues to management in real time when necessary. * Track recurring issues and trends across locations. **Requirements:** * **Previous experience monitoring U.S. retail, restaurant, or QSR operations is REQUIRED.** * Experience with CCTV/VMS platforms. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize operational inefficiencies. * Excellent written English. * Comfortable working independently and meeting reporting deadlines. * Experience with brands such as Dunkin', Starbucks, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, Wendy's, Taco Bell, or similar is a major plus. **IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING** **Do not use your Upwork Connects to apply if you do not have prior experience monitoring U.S. retail or restaurant operations.** We will only consider applicants who have directly worked with U.S.-based restaurants or retail businesses in a CCTV, loss prevention, operations monitoring, or similar role.
