RFP Proposal Writer (Web Development, Digital Transformation & Technology) We are looking for an experienced proposal writer to help us prepare winning responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFQs, and government and enterprise procurement opportunities. Our company specializes in: * Enterprise website development * eCommerce (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce) * Custom software development * Salesforce implementation and consulting * UX/UI design * Digital transformation * ADA accessibility remediation * SEO and digital marketing * AI solutions and business automation Responsibilities * Analyze RFPs and identify all requirements, deadlines, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions. * Develop comprehensive proposal responses that directly address every requirement in the RFP. * Research the client, industry, competitors, and organization to ensure proposals are customized rather than generic. * Create compelling executive summaries, technical responses, project approaches, implementation plans, staffing sections, company qualifications, and value propositions. * Match our portfolio and case studies to each opportunity. * Coordinate with our internal team to gather technical information when needed. * Ensure proposals are professionally formatted, organized, and compliant with submission requirements. * Help maintain reusable proposal content and continuously improve our proposal library. Requirements * Proven experience writing winning RFP responses. * Experience with technology, software, web development, SaaS, or digital agency proposals. * Strong business writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail. * Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly. * Experience responding to government, higher education, nonprofit, or enterprise RFPs is a plus. * Comfortable reviewing lengthy RFP documents (100 to 500+ pages). * Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Nice to Have * Experience with website redesign RFPs. * Experience with software development proposals. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. * Experience writing proposals involving accessibility (WCAG/ADA), cybersecurity, cloud hosting, or enterprise integrations. * Graphic layout or proposal design experience. * Knowledge of procurement portals and submission processes.
