Rate Card & Media Kit Design

Project description We are a 52-year-old alt-weekly newspaper relaunching under new ownership. We need a professional media kit and rate card designed for our sales team to send to advertisers. We have all the content ready, pricing, audience numbers, logo, and brand colors. We need someone to take that content and turn it into a polished, print-ready sales document our reps will be proud to send out. Deliverables -A media kit (5–8 pages) covering: cover/masthead, "who we reach" (audience & traffic stats), ad format overview, rate card (pricing table), and a contact/next-steps page -Delivered as a print-ready PDF, plus editable source files (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva — your choice, just tell us which) -One version optimized for email/digital sharing (compressed, web-friendly) What we'll provide -Our logo (vector/high-res PNG) -Brand colors and type direction (red/ink/paper neutral palette, editorial serif + clean sans) -Pricing -Audience and traffic data (site pageviews/visits, newsletter subscriber counts) What we're looking for -Experience designing media kits, sales one-pagers, or similar B2B sales collateral. Please link 2–3 relevant samples in your proposal, ideally for publishers, agencies, or local media -Strong print typography and layout sense this needs to read as credible journalism, not a startup pitch deck -Comfortable working from provided brand colors/fonts rather than inventing a new identity -Fast turnaround; we have live ad sales conversations waiting on this
