Real Estate Acquisitions Coordinator – Deal Analysis, Offers & Follow-Up

A growing real estate company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Acquisitions Coordinator to help us consistently identify, analyze, and pursue residential property opportunities. We purchase properties in multiple U.S. markets and need someone who can manage the acquisition pipeline each day—from reviewing new listings through submitting approved offers and following up with agents. **Schedule and compensation** * 20–25 hours per week * $8 per hour * Long-term opportunity for the right person * Must have consistent weekday availability and some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time **Primary responsibilities** * Search Zillow, MLS-fed websites, wholesaler lists, and other approved sources for properties * Review new and existing listings against our acquisition criteria * Gather property details, taxes, listing history, estimated value, comparable sales, and other relevant information * Complete preliminary deal analysis using our process and templates * Contact listing agents by phone, text, and email to gather information * Present recommended opportunities and offer amounts for approval * Submit approved offers and letters of intent * Follow up consistently on rejected, unanswered, and pending offers * Monitor price reductions and changes to previously reviewed properties * Maintain accurate notes and deal stages in our acquisition tracker or CRM * Provide regular updates on activity, opportunities, and follow-ups **Qualifications** * Previous experience in U.S. residential real estate, acquisitions, wholesaling, or real estate virtual assistance * Understanding of comparable sales and basic property analysis * Strong spoken and written English * Comfortable communicating professionally with U.S. real estate agents * Organized, persistent, dependable, and able to work independently * Comfortable using Zillow, spreadsheets, CRM systems, email, and phone-based communication * Able to follow established buying criteria without making unauthorized commitments * Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls **What success looks like** Success in this role means consistently reviewing opportunities, identifying properties that fit our criteria, submitting approved offers, following up until a clear decision is received, and keeping the acquisition pipeline accurate and current.
