Real Estate Capital Raiser / Investor Network — North America

We are looking for experienced capital raisers, investor introducers, and professionals with an established investor network to help us connect with qualified investors for large-scale real estate developments across North America. This is NOT a marketing or lead generation role. We already have an experienced in-house marketing team generating investor leads. We are specifically looking for individuals who already have relationships with investors and can introduce relevant opportunities to their existing network. About Us We work directly with an established North American real estate developer with decades of development experience. * $1B+ in active developments * $2B+ additional development pipeline * Projects across the U.S. and Canada * Large-scale residential and real estate developments * Investment opportunities primarily structured through LP/GP equity participation * Select opportunities may also include mezzanine debt Who We’re Looking For You may be a good fit if you are: * An experienced real estate capital raiser * An investor relations or capital markets professional * A family office / HNW investor introducer * A professional with an established accredited investor network * Connected with institutional investors, investment groups, wealth managers, or private capital * Experienced raising capital for real estate funds, syndications, private equity, development projects, or similar alternative investments You should already have an existing network or investor relationships. We are not looking for: * Marketing agencies * Paid advertising specialists * Lead generation companies * Cold email agencies * Appointment setters * People looking to build an investor database from scratch Compensation We offer a highly attractive performance-oriented compensation structure for the right partners. Specific arrangements will depend on experience, role, jurisdiction, and applicable regulatory requirements.
