This is a qualifying role — you'll be calling property owners, following a short script, and identifying who's open to working with an agent to find tenants. Responsibilities: Call through FRBO lists in Espresso Agent during U.S. daytime hours Follow a provided script and ask qualifying questions (still renting? open to agent help?) Log accurate, detailed notes on every call — not just "interested/not interested," but what was actually said Tag and flag hot leads immediately so I can follow up same-day Handle common objections professionally (I'll provide a short objection-handling guide) Schedule: 2–3 hrs/day to start, flexible within U.S. daytime hours. More hours for callers who perform. Pay: $5/hr to start, with a review after the first week based on call quality and lead conversion — top performers get a raise and more hours.
