We are a new Texas-based construction company seeking an experienced Texas-licensed real estate and construction attorney to draft a comprehensive construction agreement for our company. The ideal attorney should have experience with: Texas residential construction law Builder/contractor agreements New construction contracts Deposits and payment milestones Change orders Contractor and customer protections Warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution Texas-specific construction and real estate regulations Our goal is to create a strong, professional master construction agreement that we can use and customize for future customers. Experience Required: Texas real estate and/or construction law Preferred: Attorney currently licensed to practice law in Texas
