I need a data analyst to research and rank the best markets and specific pockets within for acquiring rental properties. I'm specifically looking to buy single family homes and then execute a rent-to-own strategy with tenant buyers. I need you to identify and rank the top 5-10 markets/areas to execute this. Need to find the best balance of 3-bedroom houses $100k or under, ability to rent for $1,300+, within relatively safe area, decent tenant demographic, decent schools, and stable economic backdrop. Looking for the best all-around balance as possible. You will review data sources, compare regions, and present a clear recommendation with supporting evidence. This is a short-term project for someone who can turn data into actionable insights for real estate investment decisions.
