I’m looking for a reliable freelancer who can help me research and organize real estate/property information in a Google Sheet. The work is mainly simple online research and data entry, but accuracy is very important. I will provide instructions and the type of properties or locations that need to be researched. You will need to search online, collect the required information, and enter it neatly into the spreadsheet. The information may include property names, addresses, websites, phone numbers, emails, company names, owner or manager details if available, property type, location, and source links. You should be comfortable using Google Sheets, doing online research, checking information carefully, and keeping the data clean and organized. I do not want duplicate or incomplete records, so please make sure each entry is reviewed before submitting the final sheet. Main tasks: Research real estate/property information online Find correct property names, addresses, websites, and contact details Add the information into a Google Sheet Check if the data is accurate and complete Add source links where the information was found Remove duplicate entries Keep the spreadsheet clean and easy to understand Follow the provided instructions carefully The ideal person should: Have good attention to detail Be comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel Know how to do basic online research Be able to find accurate information from websites and online directories Communicate clearly if something is missing or unclear Complete the work on time This is not a complicated project, but I need someone who can work carefully and make sure the data is accurate.
