Real Estate Dispositions Specialist - Buyer Network Manager (GoHighLevel Required)

Casmiran Inc is a US-based real estate acquisitions company. We put residential properties under contract with motivated sellers and assign or sell them to a network of cash investors and buyers. We're hiring a Dispositions Specialist to manage that buyer side of the business end to end. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY - Managing and growing our cash buyer list inside GoHighLevel, including both warm outreach to existing buyer relationships and cold outreach to source new buyers who match our inventory - Matching properties under contract to buyers based on their buy box criteria: location, price range, property type, condition - Using our GHL Buyer Match automation and Smart Lists to identify the right buyers for each property quickly - Negotiating price and terms directly with buyers to get the highest, cleanest offer - Collecting proof of funds, coordinating paperwork, and managing the deal through to closing - Following up consistently with buyers who didn't take a deal, to keep the relationship warm for the next one - Logging every buyer interaction and keeping buyer records accurate and current in GHL REQUIREMENTS - Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is required. You should be comfortable with Smart Lists, buyer and contact tagging, pipelines, and automations without training. This is not optional. - Sales or account management background; real estate dispositions experience is a strong plus but not required - Strong spoken and written English - Organized and detail-oriented, since dispositions work involves juggling multiple active deals and buyer conversations at once - Reliable daily availability during US business hours COMPENSATION STRUCTURE - Hourly base for buyer list management and outreach - Commission on top, paid per closed deal you help disposition, based on the assignment fee earned - Fewer hours required than our acquisitions role, but consistent daily engagement with the buyer list is expected HOW TO APPLY In your proposal, please include: 1.
