Real Estate Floor Plan and Space Planning Designer

We are seeking an experienced designer to create polished, buyer-friendly floor plans for marketing a commercial real estate development. The designer will work from existing architectural drawings to produce clean overhead layouts that help prospective buyers visualize the size, capacity and potential uses of each space. These plans are strictly for marketing purposes—not permitting or construction. Scope of Work * Interpret existing architectural floor plans, elevations and dimensions * Create clean, accurate overhead marketing plans * Preserve walls, doors, windows, stairs and structural elements * Add appropriately scaled vehicles, furniture, bathrooms, storage and other features * Develop multiple space-planning concepts for selected units * Create a consistent visual style across all plans * Add unit numbers, dimensions, square footage and key features * Prepare files for brochures, websites, email and social media Potential Layout Concepts * Automobile collection and display * Entertainment lounge * Workshop and storage * Office and meeting space * Recreation area * Mixed-use layouts combining vehicles, storage and entertainment Preferred Experience * Real estate marketing floor plans * Commercial or residential space planning * Architectural drafting * Interior design or architectural visualization Deliverables * High-resolution PNG and PDF files * Editable source files * Branded and unbranded versions * Multiple layout concepts when requested * A consistent template that can be reused for additional units To Apply Please provide: 1. Those finalists will receive an architectural package and detailed instructions for a paid sample assignment. The paid sample will be used to evaluate each designer’s ability to interpret architectural drawings, preserve the important dimensions and create a visually appealing marketing layout. If the sample meets our expectations, the selected designer will receive additional floor-plan and space-planning assignments. Accuracy is important. The finished plans must be visually attractive while remaining consistent with the supplied architectural drawings and dimensions.
