Real Estate Lead Follow-Up Specialist / Appointment Setter

Now Hiring: Lead Follow-Up Specialist / Appointment Setter Compensation & Schedule $7–$10/hour base, based on experience $250 commission per closed deal originating from an appointment you set Full-time, remote — M–Thurs 9 am–6 pm EST, Friday 9 am–5 pm EST Property Resolution Partners LLC acquires fractional heir ownership interests in real estate across North Carolina. This role works through our bank of ~200 researched leads, reaching out to heirs — sometimes one person, sometimes several — and, when they can't be reached directly, tracking down and calling family, friends, relatives, and associates until you connect with someone or get an heir in touch with our team. What You'll Do This isn't a standard call-center, smile-and-dial job. It requires thoughtfulness and a real understanding of the work we do. You'll understand each researched lead well enough to speak to it on a call, then try different numbers to identify the right point of contact. Calls introduce our company, explain how we help, and ask preliminary questions to fact-find and understand the person's situation. Based on their comfort level, you'll set an appointment with our team and log the outcome and any new information in our CRM (Google Sheets and Podio).
