Real Estate Lead Generation & Site Analysis (Paid Training Included)

I am looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to help grow my real estate cellular site advisory business. We provide full paid training. Your initial focus will strictly be on Site Research and Analysis so we can work together and train you to understand our niche before moving into outreach. Owner Outreach & Follow Up (50% of Time) - Reach out via email - Reach out via LinkedIn - Search active real estate listings with a cellular site to request information and email our service (Loopnet, Crexi). - Send requested materials to leads - Prepare agreements for digital signature. - Cold call property managers and owners to describe our services and setup meetings as needed (after training). - Follow up with leads Site Analysis Research (50%) - Extract and download relevant information, screen grab maps. - Utilize Google Earth to create maps. - Prepare marketing mailers and emails. - Request data from county and city records. Experience with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive) is helpful. You will become eligible for deal closing bonuses after 30 days. This will be 2% of the gross revenue from each closed transaction, with a minimum of $100 per deal. Happy to train the right person for a long term engagement.
