Summary

We are a real estate investment company actively purchasing single-family homes or small multi-family properties in Detroit, Michigan for our own rental portfolio. We need a virtual assistant to support direct-to-seller acquisitions by generating qualified leads, making outbound calls, and helping coordinate follow-up with motivated sellers. This is a part-time role for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with homeowners and sellers.
