Real Estate Operations Manager & Team Support/Coordination Specialist Needed

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Operations & Team Support Specialist to help manage our daily real estate operations. This role is responsible for monitoring lead activity, ensuring team accountability, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall efficiency of our real estate team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple team members, and capable of identifying gaps in processes to ensure that leads, listings, and tasks remain up to date. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review lead activity to ensure timely follow-up and accurate tracking. Perform quality checks on team performance and daily workflows. Review calls and lead interactions to ensure company standards are being followed. Verify that team members are completing assigned responsibilities efficiently. Maintain and update CRM records, lead statuses, and property information. Ensure recent listings and lead data are properly documented and organized. Assist with preparing reports, documents, and operational materials. Support the onboarding and training of new team members. Review internal processes and identify missing information or incomplete tasks. Coordinate with multiple team members to maintain smooth daily operations. Provide regular updates regarding lead progress, team activities, and operational performance. Help improve workflows and maintain accountability across the organization. Required Qualifications Previous experience in real estate operations, administration, or team coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience using CRM systems and managing lead pipelines. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with U.S. real estate companies. Familiarity with Podio, REsimpli, Salesforce, InvestorFuse, or similar CRM platforms. Experience reviewing team performance or conducting quality assurance. Previous experience training or onboarding team members. Knowledge of real estate lead management and operational workflows.
