Real Estate Photo Editor Needed — Using ChatGPT Image Editing

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented photo editor to handle ongoing editing for residential real-estate listings, rental properties, and Airbnb listings. The majority of the editing will be completed using ChatGPT’s image-editing capabilities. You should already be comfortable using ChatGPT for professional photo editing or be able to quickly learn and follow a detailed, repeatable workflow. This is not a graphic-design or virtual-staging position. Our goal is to make each photograph look as though it was professionally captured and retouched by a high-end real-estate photographer while keeping the property completely accurate. Typical Editing Requirements You will be expected to: * Improve exposure, brightness, white balance, contrast, and color accuracy * Brighten dark rooms naturally without making them look overexposed * Correct perspective, crooked angles, and vertical lines * Improve window detail and balance interior and exterior lighting * Improve sharpness and overall image clarity * Remove minor temporary distractions when specifically instructed, such as cords, vehicles, trash cans, personal items, or camera reflections * Make beds, curtains, pillows, and other existing items look neat when instructed * Maintain consistent lighting and color across an entire property photo set * Organize, name, and return completed files in the correct order and format Accuracy Is Extremely Important You must not: * Virtually stage rooms unless specifically authorized * Add furniture, decorations, artwork, plants, rugs, appliances, landscaping, or other objects * Change room dimensions, layouts, windows, doors, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, finishes, or building materials * Replace or redesign existing property features * Make a property appear materially different from its actual condition * Create an unrealistic, artificial, or heavily HDR-edited appearance These images will be used in active real-estate and rental advertisements, so property accuracy is mandatory. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: * Has experience editing real-estate, Airbnb, or architectural photos * Has reliable access to ChatGPT’s image-editing tools * Can follow detailed instructions without making unauthorized changes * Has strong visual judgment and attention to detail * Communicates clearly when instructions are unclear * Can maintain a consistent editing style across multiple properties * Can complete revisions promptly * Is organized and dependable * Is available for ongoing work Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar software is helpful but not required. The most important qualifications are accuracy, consistency, responsiveness, and the ability to produce excellent results using ChatGPT. Work Volume This will be an ongoing position. Work may include individual photos, full property photo sets, and occasional revision requests. Volume will vary depending on new listings and property turnovers. Candidates who perform well may receive all of our recurring real-estate and rental photo-editing work. Paid Trial Selected applicants may be asked to complete a small paid trial using several property photos. The trial will test: * Ability to follow instructions * Editing quality * Property accuracy * Consistency between images * Turnaround time * Communication * Ability to make requested revisions How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
