Real Estate Photo Editor & Post-Production Assistant — Ongoing Part-Time Role About Us We’re a growing real estate photography and media business based on the Gold Coast, Australia. We photograph residential properties for real estate agents and agencies and are looking for a reliable, highly skilled photo editor / post-production assistant to become part of our ongoing workflow. We currently use an overseas editing team for our main edits, but we need someone experienced who can review the completed work each morning, make any necessary corrections, and keep the post-production process running smoothly. This is intended to be a long-term ongoing position, not a one-off project. The Role We are looking for someone available Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00am–9:00am Brisbane, Australia time. Your main responsibility will be to review the previous day’s completed edits and make sure everything is ready to go to the client. Your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing completed real estate photo edits for quality and consistency * Making minor corrections and adjustments in Adobe Lightroom * Checking exposure, colour, white balance, verticals and overall consistency * Ensuring interiors and exteriors meet our editing standards * Reviewing and correcting drone photography * Adding required drone labels/disclaimers using Adobe Photoshop * Using Photoshop for other basic retouching or corrections where required * Checking image sequences and ensuring nothing has been missed * Checking file names, exports and folders * Uploading completed galleries/files * Sending revisions back to our overseas editing team when necessary * Communicating any issues or missing images * Helping keep our morning post-production workflow organised What We’re Looking For Essential: * Excellent Adobe Lightroom skills * Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills * Previous experience editing real estate photography * Experience with interior, exterior and architectural photography * Experience editing drone/real estate photography * Very strong attention to detail * Good understanding of natural-looking real estate photo editing * Reliable internet connection * Excellent communication * Ability to work independently without constant supervision * Consistent availability during 6am–9am Brisbane time Bonus if you have: * Experience working with Australian real estate photographers * Experience with real estate photography platforms or gallery systems * Experience coordinating with other editors * Basic knowledge of real estate photography standards in Australia Hours & Pay Approximately 15 hours per week Monday–Friday 6:00am–9:00am Brisbane time We are open to discussing an hourly rate based on your experience and skill level.
