Summary

We're a creative agency shooting a newly renovated 2-bed/2-bath model unit at a student housing property in San Marcos, TX (new flooring, all-new furniture, updated kitchen, fresh paint). Scope: Half-day on site on [DATE]. Interior stills only — living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, and finish details. Unit will be styled and shoot-ready. We'll provide a shot list. Deliverables: 20–30 edited, full-res images HDR (color-corrected, verticals straightened) You: Portfolio with interiors/real estate work, your own gear including wide-angle lens, and local to the San Marcos–Austin–San Antonio area or Austin ( travel can be discussed) Send your interiors portfolio, and confirm you're available week August 10th, 2026
